This manual Gas Brooder is used in the brooder to provide warmth for chicks.

Advantages:

Leads to high survival rates of chicks.

Reduced cost of heating , in long run it's cheaper than charcoal or electricity.It is very economical in comparison with conventional heating systems.

After installation any person can operate it easily.No technical skills needed to use it.

Safety.It comes with a Gas leak protection device when there is a flameout, the valve automatically closes the gas to prevent gas leakage.

Easy Maintenance.Mainly made from stainless steel its non-rust and easy to maintain.


Energy saving: heater saves +20% cost of conventional charcoal heater.

Heating surface area is quite large. Suspended from the ground at 0.9 -1.5m high radiation area of 10-20 square meters, heating enough for 700 or 1500 chicks.

Saves labour time (eg of lighting up jiko) which is used for other activities in the poultry farm.

No toxic carbon emissions from charcoal heaters.
